I would be happier if the app would load. My phone is a Samsung S22Ultra and has the most recent version of its operating system and I have updated my app. I have even restarted my device several times to get it to load. The reciprocity map is the most important feature and I don't have access to it. We need it when we travel. We've been members for quite a few years now. I'm often frustrated at the speed of the main website when using online training videos as well. I know it's not my speed

I have had a gold membership for over two years, yet the app says I'm entering incorrect info. I attempted a reset through the app and never got an email or text to reset. I reset through the main app, logged in, and attempted again on this app and it still says incorrect. Attempting to continue as guest crashes the app completely. Attempting to make an account just for the map causes the app to freeze. Moto RAZR 2020 android 11. Why kill the functional map just to put out a alpha stage app?

Doesn't let you sign up. Entering email and desired password and hitting next, gets a brief loading flicker, before nothing happens. As far as the map, you can see it as guest, but it's not as detailed as online. The map for New Hampshire is different online and through the app. (ND specifically) Hoping the app would make it easy, with a non-resident license, to enter my age, license type, and few other options to quickly see where I can carry. (Effectively turning yellow states red or green)

I see that you are currently running on Android 11, but you will need to update to Android 12 for better compatibility results.
